Shop Apotheke is active in the European E-commerce sector with multiple websites. To take our online pharmacy to the next level, we are looking for an HR manager with practical knowledge and experience.

The HR Manager will be based in Tongeren (Begium)

Duties and Responsibilities

As an HR Manager you will work closely together with general management and be point of contact for our managers and employees in all HR questions. In order to fill our vacancies you optimally steer our recruitment process. From profiling to onboarding.

Together we work on exciting initiatives to make Farmaline an even better employer. Based on qualitative and quantitative data you ensure efficient management of our personnel.

Qualifications an Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in HR (in a start-up or scale-up company)
  • Profound knowledge of Belgium labor law and social insurances / tax
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English (verbal and written)
  • Hands on Mentality
