Your tasks

  • Manage existing assortments and identify new potential assortments for our Italian online shop
  • Responsibility for co-developing category structures and recognizing new trends
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities in close alignment with Sales, CRM and Purchasing
  • Support Category Management & Sales with market insights for strategic country development
  • Optimize existing processes and maximize our customers’ shopping experience through service improvement, broader product assortment, startegic pricing and availability
  • Identify new sources of supply and work closely together with the purchasing department
  • Analyze relevant marketing KPIs and create elaborate reports

Your profile

  • Degree in economics, business administration or equivalent vocational degree
  • We are looking for passionate people, willing to make decisions with the ability to quickly implement new ideas
  • E-Commerce expertise, knowledge about the pharmaceutical market is a plus
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and excel skills
  • Italian native speaker or native-speaker-level, German and/or English
  • Work independently with high demands on quality and reliability
  • Team player, lateral thinker and anyone who likes to think outside the box
