Shop Apotheke provides all customers an easy and comfortable way to buy health-related products and pharmaceuticals online.

To strongly grow our business and our international teams we are looking for you as a

Director Quality (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Leading and Managing the Quality department which is split into 3 main areas/departments:
    • Quality Assurance
    • Pharma Compliance
    • GDP
  • Reporting to the board (Chief Operation Officer/ Chief pharmacist)
  • Assuring compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations (GDP, pharmacy standards, pharmacy norms, ISO 9001:2015, etc…)
  • Establishing quality and reliability standards by customer requirements
  • Ensuring that Shop Apotheke Europe reaches a high quality standard within the European Pharmaceutical online market
  • Control of supply chain according to guideline parameters
  • Definition of quality indicators and KPI’s
  • Definition and implementation of internal quality standards, quality reporting and in-process controls
  • Conduct internal auditing
  • Setting up a high performance quality team by attracting talents and developing their capabilities
  • Leading internal quality task force
  • Leading external regulatory discussions
  • Achieve financial objectives/ budget managementufgaben

Your profile:

  • Master degree (related to the scope of our company)
  • Experience (minimum of 5 years) within the pharmaceutical health care sector as a leading quality professional (Pharmacy/ pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical wholesaler etc.)
  • Experience with QA measuring equipment
  • Management skills/leadership qualities
  • Analytic skills
  • Cross functional leadership
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English and German. Dutch language preferred
  • Training as Lead Auditor is preferred
