Job Description

You will be part of our Project Management team, responsible for a huge project at our warehouse in Venlo. A very unique opportunity to have an important role in a big project. You will work closely together with the Manager Projects & Engineering, who you will support with every subject which will come by. Important subjects will be: warehouse lay-out, possible automation, facility, IT (WMS), etc.

Your tasks

  • Perform and collect data analytics, produce statistics, information and reports as needed for project managers to manage day-to-day operations as well as for process and project improvement purposes.
  • Supports project managers in providing the logs, updating actions / risks / outputs / decision logs, and coordinates the delivery of consolidated standard reports and overviews in the project.
  • Support the project managers in applying a defined way of working from the beginning to the end of the project.
  • Manage and monitor tickets in Atlassian Jira Project Software.
  • Management and monitoring of project documentation in the Atlassian Confluence Project Software.
  • Timely maintenance of the project plan, the project charter and the project budget.
  • Support the PMO in ensuring complete transparency of project status, progress and results. Enable it to be the only source of truth in project planning and reporting. Provides ad hoc support, ad hoc reports, analyzes and overviews. 

All in all, it’s a very project based role, where accuracy, maintaining an overview, and independency will be important. But with your logistics knowledge, drive and willingness to learn you always strive for the best result!

Your profile

Of course experience will be important, but we are also looking for a personality. So, when you just finished with your Bachelor degree Logistics / or when you have couple of years logistics experience, and looking for a very unique experience and possibilities to grow, you definitely fit the profile!

Besides that, we are looking for a teamplayer, which is innovative, independent, enthusiastic, positive and humorous!

Your professional background:

  • HBO professional and intellectual ability.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistic orientated job (could also be an internship).
  • Fluency in German and basic English.
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint) skills.
  • You are looking for a fulltime job.
  • Skills: accuracy, maintaining an overview, independency, analytical.
