We are looking for a fulltime Senior Tech / IT Recruiter (m/f/d) in Cologne.

We’re searching for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to join us in further building a highly skilled and motivated tech team for Europes fastest growing onliny pharmacy. As our Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) at SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE, you own the end-to-end recruiting process for various tech positions. You will report to our HR Director and work closely together with our other recruiters. Your location will be in the city of Cologne with some travel requirements (10-20%).

The following tasks will be part of your new role

  • You execute a solid and measurable end-to-end recruiting process for various IT, tech, product and design positions
  • You plan and implement the best sourcing strategy including headhunting for special positions to attract top candidates
  • You accept the challenge to tackle a continuously changing environment and recruiting demand and establish a steady pipeline of promising candidates
  • You understand business as well as technical requirements and are able to tailor your sourcing strategy accordingly
  • You collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior management and understand yourself as a thought partner in ideating/executing solutions
  • You are data-driven and make your contribution to the internal development of using more metrics and measurement within the recruiting-team
  • You provide a best in class candidate experience in every touchpoint and promote SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE internally and externally
  • As part of the team you are continuously contributing to optimizing internal processes
  • You use all common platforms to attract candidates, are eager to explore new channels and build up strategic partnerships for recruiting
  • You organize and attend events, (tech) talks, fairs etc.

To be successful in your new role, you should bring along these skills

  • You have a proven track record of 4+ years in actively and passively hiring IT and tech positions
  • You have good knowledge of the common recruitment tools and channels including Social Media and are used to work with KPIs
  • Ideally you have a technical background and are well-versed within the technical “world”
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage operational processes
  • You are absolutely result driven with a pragmatic attitude and a clearly analytic approach
  • You are proactive and customer oriented (internally and externally)
  • You have excellent communication skills: honest, empathetic, and clear – preferably English and German and are able to apply these to various stakeholders
  • You are able and willing to take over ownership of a highly valued activity within SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE
