Your tasks

You are responsible for all validation and qualification activities within Shop Apotheke Europe. Main activities will be:

Validation and qualification activities for a new warehouse management system and its intralogistics components:

  • drafting needed validation and qualification documentation (Validation plans, URS, Risk Assessments, testprotocols)
  • managing of these validation and qualification activities (timely execution)
  • drafting final validation and qualification reports.

You will also be responsible for setting up an improved structure to keep the validation and qualification standard of these and future elements at the required level.

Your profile

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in Life Sciences/IT/Engineering (preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in the field of tasks
  • Experience with GAMP5, GxP, FMD (mandatory). Also experience with validation of ERP/WMS (mandatory)
  • Competent knowledge in LVS, WMS and ERP (JDA preferred)
  • Fluent German and English language skills spoken and written
  • High level of responsibility
