This year alone sees several key strategic initiatives come to fruition to reach the goal of maximum consumer engagement and loyalty. The expansion of medication management is one of our strategic pillars. Together with the digital health experts SMARTPATIENT and MEDAPP, we as one of Europe’s leading online pharmacies are taking on a pioneering role in this area. Our focus here is on digital service offerings that support patients in taking their medications regularly and, hence, improving health outcomes - particularly chronically ill patients whom they enable to capture their illness-related data and have it analysed.
The introduction of electronic prescriptions in Germany does not just enhance efficiency; it also makes it easier for customers to get their prescription filled from the convenience of their home – another way in which we empower people to take charge of their health and further boost customer loyalty.
